We are looking for a seasoned QA Lead with DevOps Experience responsible for designing, developing, and operating the infrastructure and to keep our infrastructure ahead of our customer growth, ensuring service reliability, performance, efficiency, and security.   • Develop, manage, and maintain automated regression tests for functional, regression and performance testing
  • Work with development and create a suite of backend white box test scripts to test the data integrity of a system.
  • Lead the functional test and development used for feature testing
  • Work with customer support to help reproduce problems reported by customers
  • Consult with the project team on the design, development, and release of new / existing product functionality and upgrades
  • Report cases in bug tracking system and work with development in verifying the fixes and features.
  • Work with release management team to generate build reports and certify builds for release.
  • Work with teams to provide operational support of production environments

  • Experience building automated test scripts using management and load tools: like jMeter, QTP, Quality Center, LoadRunner, WebLoad, Selenium, Appium, etc.
  • Experience with testing/developing web-based and native mobile application.
  • Familiarity with unit test development
  • Previous QA experience testing websites built (or exposure to coding) in a language such as React, Node or Javascript.
  • Experience with testing cloud-based applications.
  • Preferably working knowledge of MS SQL (T-SQL) programming skills.
  • Develop the automation of the database processes, tasks and procedures in AWS RDS..
  • Design and write T-SQL and scripts to automate database management tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve database issues, pull logs, etc.
  • Stage and deploy database changes to production
  • Experience with using version control (Git), defect tracking systems (JIRA) and test case management (like TestRail)
  • Prefer experience building installation, configuration, administration, reporting of Atlassian tools Jira, Confluence, BitBucket/Stash/GitHub, Crowd
  • At least 5 years of experience with Information Technology, a plus… as an AWS certified engineer managing large scalable software environments with IaaS, PaaS, CaaS and FaaS
  • Prefer a BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Practical experience using scripting languages to support AWS administration
  • Experience within an Agile / DevOps culture
  • Prefer knowledge of key AWS services such as Cognito, EC2, lambda, API gateway, S3, VPC, SES, RDS, SNS / SQS, etc.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Prefer experience creating CI/CD for applications in NodeJS, Golang and various other languages (C#, Java, etc.) in a serverless environment/platform with AWS CodePipeline
  • Prefer knowledge of Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) environments using tools such as CodePipeline/CodeBuild/CodeCommit, Confluence, Jira, Jenkins, Maven, NuGet, Coverity, CheckMarx, Artifactory, and SonarQube
  • Ability to document and train on CI/CD standard methodologies with our IT and Engineering organizations
  • Familiarity with any monitoring tools like DataDog, Nagios, AppDynamics, SiteScope, etc.
  • Prefer hands-on experience with Cloudformation
  • Preferably knowledge of networking and protocols: TCP/IP,ICMP,SSH,LDAP,DNS,VLANs, Load-balancing, NSGs, etc
  • Familiarity with logging/monitoring using tools such as Kibana, ElasticSearch and Splunk
  • Ability to identify problems, and effectively communicate solutions to peers and management
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with people with a variety of skill sets
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements
  • Understanding of payment processing technologies a serious plus
  • Experience integrating multiple, interdependent, distributed systems and applications
  • Should be comfortable and able to present ideas to both technical and business stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions
